Tumble
Classes include learning proper technique and execution of a variety of tumbling skills. Developing good muscle tone and strength through conditioning are important to properly be able to perform skills and will be an integral part of class. Skills taught vary by individual need and follow a safety progression.
Beginner Skills: forward and backward rolls, handstand, cartwheel, round-off, bridge, kick overs, tripods and headstands.
Advanced Skills: side and front aerials, round off back handsprings, back tucks and more!
Appearance and Attire: Hair must be pulled back and out of face. No jewelry or gum chewing. Shirts must cover stomachs and backs. Tank tops and t-shirts must be tight fitting and should not reveal anything. Athletic or cotton or spandex shorts or pants may be worn. Leotards are also permitted. Bare feet and socks are acceptable. No tights covering feet may be worn due to safety reasons.
