Our staff has a strong skill set for what they do and continue to educate and challenge themselves to offer your dancer the best dance education. Tracy Rinehart - Owner/Artistic Director
Miss Tracy is the proud owner and artistic director of Studio 32 Dance Company. Eager to share her love of dance with young dancers, Miss Tracy has created a studio focused on the individual dancer and their dance experience. Dance has been a part of Miss Tracy’s life since she started taking lessons at a young age. Tracy began student teaching early and was certified to teach by Dance Masters of America at this time. Miss Tracy is exceptionally knowledgeable in all forms of dance including ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, and contemporary with a strong focus being placed on proper technique. Over the past 12 seasons, Miss Tracy has applied this knowledge to refine a successful program for all dancers here at Studio 32 for both our recreational and competitive students. Since opening Studio 32 Dance Company the recreational and competitive programs continue to offer our dancers a knowledgeable and well-rounded curriculum. Miss Tracy has designed a recreational program for students of all ages to receive top notch training in a family friendly atmosphere.  Competitively, Miss Tracy’s dancers have been awarded high point, performance, and numerous overall awards. She has also been awarded for her choreography. The competition dancers have excelled each season placing them in overall standings, winning national titles, and sending them to the World Dance Championship in Meadowlands, NJ. Miss Tracy is pleased to offer all young dancers the opportunity to learn and experience dance in a professional, creative, and supportive atmosphere.

Catie Donadee 

Miss Catie Donadee is proud to be a part of the Studio 32 staff. Catie started dancing at the age of 5 and began competing at 11 years old. During her competitive years she won numerous "Over All" and "Special Judges Awards" on the local, state, and national levels. As an instructor, Catie has taught dance for over 16 years and completed 2 years of Dance Masters of America Teachers Training School.To continue her training she enjoys attending various workshops around the area and has studied under some of the greatest including Joe Tremaine, Gregg Russell, Judy Rice, and Judy Ann Bassing. As a significant part of both the recreational and competition programs at Studio 32 Miss Catie brings a true dedication to her work and her students. Ambitious to maintain a strong foundation in our dancers Miss Catie offers both programs exceptional training. She also handles our level 1 competition dancers with continued success placing their routines in overall standings. She enjoys working with the children and sharing her passion along with watching them explore and express their love for dance.  

Virginia Hartman- 

A gifted ballet teacher, creative artist, and choreographer, Virginia is known for her ability to inspire students while combining technical expertise and artistry in the teaching of classical and contemporary ballet. Virginia had her early training in ballet under Anita Lin in Youngstown, Oh and furthered her training at the Richmond School of ballet under many well-known teachers like Ruth Petrinovic, David Howard, Lordes Lopez, Malcom Burns, and Leslie Peck to name a few. Following high school graduation, Virginia danced professionally with the Richmond Ballet and later joined the Atlanta Ballet. Upon retiring from the stage she returned to her hometown and began teaching master classes and coaching pre-professional and competition dancers of all ages. The advancement of our dancers under her instruction in the past 10 years is evident. We are fortunate to have Miss Virgina as part of our Studio 32 Team of instructors. 

  Hannah Sams 

 Miss Hannah has been an incredible addition for the past 8 seasons. After many years of student teaching and a mentor to our dancers, Hannah teaches our competitive team. Finishing her own performance and competition journey with multiple consecutive titles and overall standings she is thrilled to share her talent with our dancers, and we are thrilled to have her as a member of our teaching staff! Miss Hannah plays a significant part in the success of our team. Her competitive students have continued to secure high point and overall standings. She has also been awarded for her choreography every season. When not teaching Miss Hannah loves spending time with her family.

Jennifer Stefanak

  Miss Jennifer Stefanak comes to us from Northeast Ohio with an incredible dance background. Miss Jen started dancing and gymnastics training at the age of four and competing at the age of eight. Jennifer was a distinguished competitive dancer receiving numerous dance awards and titles among a variety of scholarships throughout her competitive dance career. She attended Point Park University on scholarship and obtained her Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Exercise Physiology with a minor in dance, from Kent State University.With over ten years of teaching experience, she values the student/teacher relationship and successfully trains dancers in an effective manner by focusing deeply on technique, proper training, and injury prevention while improving their overall performance skills. We are elated to have Miss Jen as a part of our Studio 32 Dance team!

Jerry Guerriero- M.S.

 Originally from Youngstown, Ohio, Jerry is Vice President of a national corporate company based out of Hudson, Ohio.Jerry graduated from Youngstown State University with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology and Kent State University with a Master's in Exercise Physiology. He is a certified personal trainer with experience coaching youth athletes, older adults and everything in between.

 Tracy Martin- 

 Entering her 7th season and leading our tumbling program, Tracy Martin offers our dancers a combination of extensive tumbling knowledge combined with years of dance experience. We are thrilled to have Miss Tracy working alongside our team of instructors to ensure Studio 32 continues to present a well-rounded program. 

 

Brittany Sellers-

 A Graduate of Boardman High School, Brittany grew up dancing at Studio 32. Brittany has trained in all areas of dance and as a competition team member she has received both high point and overall awards. Her dedication, creativity and leadership abilities have been an asset to the studio. Brittany currently attends Youngstown State University with a Major in psychology and a minor in communicating in diverse organizations.
